KVKK Privacy Notice
Last updated: 22 October 2026Under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), Orange Bilişim ve Güvenlik Sistemleri A.Ş., as data controller, explains below the purposes and legal grounds for processing your personal data. The Turkish version of this notice prevails.

- Receiving your requests and getting back to you
- Running membership and account processes, verifying identity
- Providing the service, setup and technical support
- Running contract and payment processes
- Running information security processes, preventing unauthorised access
- If you consented, sending product, offer and information messages
- Measuring the effectiveness of advertising and marketing
- Meeting legal obligations
04Legal grounds
Your personal data is processed on the following grounds under Article 5 of KVKK:
- Being directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract (membership, service and support)
- Compliance with the controller's legal obligations
- The controller's legitimate interest, provided your fundamental rights are not harmed (responding to requests, security, campaign measurement)
- Your explicit consent (commercial emails and cases requiring transfer abroad)
05Method of collection
Your personal data is collected electronically or verbally through the contact and sign-up forms on the website, sign in with Google or Apple, in-app actions, email, phone and WhatsApp.
06Transfers
Limited to the purposes above, your personal data may be transferred to suppliers we use for hosting, backups and email delivery, to our business partners, and to authorised public bodies on request.
Database backups are stored on the backup provider's servers in the Netherlands (Amsterdam). This transfer is made within the conditions set out in Article 9 of KVKK.
07Your rights
Under Article 11 of KVKK you may apply to the data controller to:
- learn whether your personal data is processed,
- request information if it has been processed,
- learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used for that purpose,
- know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it is transferred,
- request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate,
- request deletion or destruction under the conditions in Article 7 of KVKK,
- request that corrections, deletions and destructions be notified to third parties it was transferred to,
- object to an outcome against you arising solely from automated analysis,
- claim compensation if you suffer damage from unlawful processing.
08How to apply
Send your request with information verifying your identity, in line with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, by email to [email protected] or in writing to Kuştepe Mah. Mecidiyeköy Yolu Cad. Trump Tower No:12/405 Şişli / Istanbul, Türkiye. Your request is concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest.
If you are a customer of a business using WiseCRM, send requests about the data that business keeps directly to the business; it is the data controller for that data.
