Your cloud PBX, inside your CRM.
Connect your carrier line or your SIM cards. Calls ring on desk phones and the mobile app, every call is matched to the customer record and recorded.
Your PBX is ready in three steps.
We are not a carrier: you connect your own line and WiseCRM manages the calls. Your number stays the same.
Every call becomes part of the customer record.
Every call is matched to a customer.
The caller's number is matched automatically to your customers and leads. See who called, which extension answered and how long you talked, in one list.
Listen to any call in one click.
Inbound, outbound or all calls are recorded automatically. The recording sits on the call's row; scrub back and forth as you listen.
Your carrier line or your SIM cards.
Connect your carrier's landline with a SIP trunk. Or bring your SIM cards into the PBX with a GSM gateway; each channel is assigned to an extension for inbound and outbound calls.
Set up a phone with a QR code in seconds.
Each extension gets its own SIP account. Scan the QR code in the Phone Setup window or copy the details; the desk phone or softphone connects right away.
Your extension goes where you go.
The WiseCRM mobile app puts your extension on your phone. Incoming calls ring on the phone's own call screen, and outgoing calls start from inside the customer record.
The business stays in control.
1,200+ system users work with WiseCRM every day.

Frequently asked questions
Do I have to change my number?
No. WiseCRM is not a carrier; you connect your carrier's SIP trunk or the SIM cards in a GSM gateway. Your number stays the same and you route inbound calls to any extension.
Which phones can I use?
SIP desk phones, softphone apps such as Zoiper, Linphone and Grandstream Wave, and the WiseCRM mobile app. One extension can ring on several devices at once.
Do calls come in when the mobile app is closed?
On iPhone, yes: incoming calls ring on the phone's call screen even when the app is closed. On Android, calls come in while the app is open.
Are calls recorded?
You choose when you activate the PBX: off, inbound only, outbound only or all calls. Recordings play in the browser and the mobile app; agents only access recordings of their own extension.
How do we see who is calling?
The caller's number is matched automatically to your customers and leads. Their name appears on the live call board and in call history.
How many calls can run at the same time?
You set the number of simultaneous calls when you activate the PBX, and you can set a channel cap for your SIP trunk. Channel usage is shown on the live board.
Can I block international calls?
Yes. You can turn off international calling for the whole business; while it is off, numbers abroad cannot be dialled.
